Policies & FAQ's
All orders must be placed through the Etsy store or via the order form. Here's what happens next:
1. Once an order/request is recieved, I'll follow up with any questions (generally within 24 hours) and then provide a price quote for the order.
2. If the price is agreeable and you'd like to proceed with the order -
-If request was via Etsy, I'll create a private listing visible only to you including the terms of our agreement.
- If the order was placed via the website - I'll send you an invoice through PayPal, including the terms our our agreement.
3. Unless otherwise agreed upon, payment in full must be completed before work begins on your order.
PLEASE NOTE: I take pride in providing a quality product - so if I'm not happy with how an order turns out, I re-make it. Hopefully this will be a rare occurance, but when it does happen, please understand that shipping will be delayed. If the shipping is significantly delayed, I will provide a partial refund or provide you the opportunity to cancel the order with a full refund.

Invoices, estimated turnaround time and price quotes are valid for 7 days as prices for supplies may change.
